I'm Mike!
Fitness became a part of my journey in 2012 after a nasty breakup. I hired a personal trainer to “prove her wrong” and ended up changing my whole lifestyle for the better.
I did it all: video games until the sun came up, 2am Taco Bell runs, 6-7 sodas a night, etc. And it was easy. I was extremely unhealthy and had no idea. I played basketball and was somewhat active, but I hadn’t touched a weight since 9th grade football. I always struggled with self-doubt and had terrible self-esteem issues. Some days, I still do! I’m not sure that ever fully goes away. But I’ve learned how to deal with this in a healthy manner! After hiring my trainer, I fell in love with the world of health and fitness, and it made all the difference.
I was so motivated by my trainer that I got certified as a Personal Trainer and immediately started my journey of helping others better themselves. I moved to Northwest Arkansas in October 2017 and landed my first PT job. After 8 months, I decided to start my own training business. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people with weight loss, building muscle, and even helping an 85-year-old lady live a longer, healthier life!
Through these opportunities, I’ve learned I have a strong passion for those with struggles similar to my own. Those with no motivation, no strength, no energy, no confidence, and who are seeking more out of life! I want to pour into those clients so they can feel the confidence to take on the world!
